“TP UK were recommended to me in September ’02 by a mutual contact who had worked with them in the past. I was on the brink of signing a company to have a cellar renovation started and finished in the 8 weeks I was out of the house on maternity leave. I altered my decision and signed up TP UK having met their MD only twice. I did this not only because he seemed honest and approachable, but also because their quote was incredibly competitive.

TP UK were professional, thorough, flexible and tidy. Changes were made part way through the project (additional features I requested to be added) and they took this in their stride; unforeseen problems were encountered with water and drainage and TP UK sought all the right permissions and approvals in having these corrected; and I received progress reports by e-mail twice a week and digital photographs were taken of the project as it progressed too.

I am very happy with the end result of the cellar renovation. I now have a fully fitted and working laundry, a new office/spare room and the kitchen (from which TP UK removed 2 water tanks and a boiler) was finished immaculately. Also, my neighbour signed TP UK for a roofing project, which was started and finished in 2 weeks and has been no further problem since that time.
